Offers and marketing

Discount only on the empty hours, message goes out on its own

You limit the discount to the weekdays and hours where you want more bookings. You turn it into a coupon and choose who gets it. A campaign sends it for you, and afterwards you see how many the message was sent to and how many redeemed the coupon.

ExampleThe customer redeems the coupon while booking, and the total changes there. Payment happens on site.

Why this is worth using

A discount only where there is room

A discount that runs all the time also cuts the price on Friday, which would have filled up anyway. When you limit it to a weekday and a time of day, it only applies during the hours where you want more bookings.

The message goes to someone who has already been in

Coupons and campaigns go to the customers in your own register who have given marketing consent. They already know your business and your services. Before you send, you see how many of them there are.

You make the rule once, and you see what came of it

You pick a coupon and a condition. The campaign sends the message when the condition is met, and you chase no one by hand. Afterwards you see how many the message was sent to and how many redeemed the coupon, so you know whether the rule was worth keeping.

The discount applies only in the marked squares. At other hours the price is unchanged.

How it works

  1. You choose the service, the days and the hours

The discount is a percentage or an amount in euros. You limit it to weekdays and hours, say the middle of Tuesday to Thursday. The end date you set closes the offer automatically.

  2. You make the coupon and choose who gets it

You choose which services the coupon covers and how long it is valid. You can narrow the recipients to customers who have used the services you pick, and before sending you see how many meet the conditions right now. A promo code can be shared freely, even in your shop window, and the customer types it in while booking.

  3. The campaign sends it for you

You pick one of three campaigns: a customer who has been away a long time, a nudge to book a new appointment, or a welcome message after the first visit. You read the finished message the way the customer sees it. Nothing is sent. The message goes out only when the condition is met, and the campaign keeps track of who has already had it.

ExampleFiltering by service lowers the recipient count, and you see the number before anything is sent.

What this includes

Offer pricing
A percentage or an amount, valid on the weekdays and hours you choose. The customer sees the reduced total while booking and pays it on the spot. When you set an end date, the offer closes by itself.
Coupons and promo codes
You choose the services and the validity. Send it to named customers, or share it as a public code anyone can type in.
Three automated campaigns
A customer who has been away a long time, a nudge to book a new appointment, a welcome message after the first visit. The message travels by email, and the coupon appears in a signed-in customer's coupons in the app.
Before you send
You can narrow a campaign to customers who have used the services you pick. You see how many meet the conditions right now, and you read the finished message the way the customer sees it. Nothing is sent.
After you send
Each campaign shows how many the message was sent to and how many redeemed the coupon. Both numbers accumulate on their own.
ExampleTwo numbers after a campaign: how many the message was sent to and how many redeemed the coupon.

What this does not do

  • Marketing messages travel by email, and the coupon appears in a signed-in customer's coupons in the app. There are no other channels.
  • Without marketing consent no message goes out, however often the customer visits. Every message carries a link that stops them with one click, and a new visit does not bring them back.
  • A service can have one active discount at a time. Discounts are not stacked.
  • The discounted price is shown in the booking, but no money moves through the system. Payment happens on site.
  • The recipient count tells you how many meet the conditions right now. It is an upper limit, not a promise of messages delivered.
  • Redemption is the measure. We do not track opens or clicks, and the counter does not tell you why a booking happened.
  • A cancelled booking stays in the redemption count: the coupon was redeemed at the time of booking even though the visit did not happen.
  • The per-recipient send log is kept for a limited time and then clears itself.

Questions about offers

Can a customer use a coupon and an offer price at the same time?
No. One discount applies to a booking at a time, and the customer sees the final total while booking.
How long does a customer have to stay away before the campaign goes out?
You set the limit yourself and can change it whenever. The campaign keeps track of who it has already gone to, so the same message does not reach the same person again until the interval you set has passed.
